1. Booking and Cancellation

1.1 Full Refund for Cancellations

1.1.1 All cancellation or appointment changes must be communicated by email to admin@renoestimators.com.

1.1.2 A full refund is available for an appointment canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

1.2 Consultation Fee

1.2.1 The consultation fee is non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

1.3 Estimation Fee

1.3.1 The estimation fee is non-refundable if canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Appointment Changes

2.1 Rescheduling Virtual Appointments

2.1.1 Virtual appointments can be rescheduled at no cost up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2.2 Rescheduling In-Person Appointments

2.2.1 In-person appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Within 12 hours of the appointment, rescheduling is not allowed.

3. Service Disclaimer

3.1 Reno Estimators provides consultation and estimation services for various construction and renovation projects.

3.2 The information and estimates provided during consultations are based on the information provided by the client and are for reference purposes only.

3.3 Reno Estimators does not guarantee the accuracy or feasibility of the estimates provided and recommends consulting with relevant professionals for project execution.

4. Refunds and Revisions

4.1 Refunds for Consultation

4.1.1 No refunds are available after virtual or in-person consultations.

4.2 Estimate Revisions

4.2.1 If you are unhappy with the estimate provided, we will work with you to revise the estimate. However, please note that since this is a digital service, no refunds are offered post in-person or virtual consultation.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Reno Estimators Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website without prior written permission from Reno Estimators.
